The Healy Family Group is an independent, family run pub company with over 30 years’ experience in the pub industry. The foundation of our success is built on longstanding relationships with our self-employed pub operators, suppliers, breweries and most importantly our customers.

Our portfolio of outlets varies from being community, food, sport, and family led outlets, covering the South East and the home counties. We stretch from Oxfordshire, down to Portsmouth, Southampton up as far as Luton.

We believe that pubs are at the very heart of every community, bringing people together and providing a good local pub is essential. We aim to offer good quality food & drink at reasonable prices, to ensure that each pub has its own personality and individualism and that is exactly how we like to operate, by allowing each outlet to have its own identity within the community.

In some cases, we take on outlets that have previously lacked financial investment and poor management with the aim of turning them into successful businesses. Our ethos is to inject investment, our vast amount of experience and good pub operator management into the pub to bring it back to life! We are truly passionate about pubs!

The Healy Family Group opened it’s very first pub in Uxbridge in 1991, with a further 8 outlets added the next year. The company has since grown to as many as 32 outlets. We are an independent, family run business with over 30 years experience in the Pub industry.

The company was established by Don & Marion Healy back in 1991, with their first pub in Uxbridge, Middlesex. The following year The Healy Family Group acquired another eight pubs and it was then that their eldest son, Kevin Healy joined the company in an operational role and six months later, their daughter Donna Butler also joined the company taking on the same role in operations.

In 2007, the company had grown significantly and so Don Healy Jnr joined the company as Financial Controller managing all aspects of finance & accounting.

In 2016, Sian Healy Main joined the company in the role of managing Property & Compliance for the group, having worked in property management for over ten years. The newest family member is Abby Healy who joined The Healy Family Group in 2021 to assist with the property & compliance side of the business. As you can see, we are, and will continue to be, a multi-generational family business.
